Can I ask you something?                             Please hear what I have to say.                          I have a few things on my mind                        And they live there every day.

I wonder things like how the earth moves,   And what makes the water blue.                      But the thing I wonder most of all,                   Is what became of me and you.

We met one day fated                                      And everything was Heavensent.                     For every mile we were apart,                   Worth every penny ever spent.

Yeah, I wonder things like why the sun shines And how the stars come out at night.              But there’s one thing I’ll always wonder,    Deep inside with all my might.
