One Last
Kiss
By
Kathy Marie
Not enough minutes
in an hour wrapped in every day.
To tell all that you are
and everything I want to say.
So before I have to go
and turn around the other way.
Do just one thing for me,
if you can, if you may.
Chorus
Give me just one last kiss
To tide me over ‘til the next time.
So I don’t have to miss you,
And leave it all behind.
Your scent, your touch,
and the taste of your lips.
Plant a good one on me,
And give me one last kiss.
When I think of
the time
that we’ve spent side by side.
It took me so long to see
you there and abide.
Your every wish, every bliss,
and every kiss is my pride.
So as we’re standing here,
I say I’m along for the ride.
Chorus
Bridge
Take my face in your hands,
Draw my eyes to your eyes,
Lean toward me and kiss me,
Fall in love with me tonight.
